How do I add a new moment?
Tap the "Capture a moment" button at the bottom of the main screen. You can write about what made you grateful and optionally add photos. Choose a mood if you'd like, then tap Save to add it to your jar.
How do I pull a random memory from my jar?
Simply tap on your jar, or physically shake your phone! A random moment from your collection will appear, letting you revisit a past joy.
Is my data backed up?
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud backup enabled for your device, your app data will be included in your device backups. We recommend keeping regular device backups to protect your memories.
Can I export my memories?
Yes! You can share individual moments using the share button. You can also create a beautiful video compilation of your year's memories from the Year Review feature.
What is Little Joys+?
Little Joys+ is our premium subscription that unlocks additional themes, removes any limits on photo storage, and includes exclusive features like HD video exports for your Year Review. You can try it free and cancel anytime.
How do I change the app theme?
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon in the top right corner) and select "Theme." You can choose from several beautiful color themes to personalize your experience.
How do I set up reminders?
Go to Settings and tap "Reminders." You can enable daily reminders and choose the time that works best for your gratitude practice. Don't worry—we keep reminders gentle and non-intrusive.
Will I lose my data if I delete the app?
Yes, uninstalling the app will delete all your locally stored data. Make sure to back up any memories you want to keep before removing the app. If you have iCloud backup, you may be able to restore from a device backup.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your device, find Little Joys, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
I purchased Little Joys+ but it's not showing
Try the "Restore Purchases" option in the app's Settings. If that doesn't work, make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the purchase. Still having issues? Contact us at support@ai.hecano.com.
Can I use Little Joys on multiple devices?
Currently, Little Joys stores data locally on each device. If you have iCloud enabled and use the same Apple ID, some data may sync. We're working on improved multi-device support for a future update.
Is Little Joys available on Android?
Little Joys is currently only available for iPhone and iPad. We're considering an Android version based on user interest—let us know if you'd like to see it!
